Notice of Company Conversion from L.L.C. to S.A.
We are pleased to announce that our company, EPAFOS IT SOLUTIONS, has undergone a significant transformation. As of April 28, 2023, we have converted from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to a Public Limited Company (S.A).
This strategic move was deemed necessary by our financial staff, as it aligns with our financial course and strengthens our position in relation to our suppliers and banks. We are confident that this conversion will enable us to better serve our customers and stakeholders, while also positioning us for continued growth and success.
We are pleased to inform you that the decision to convert our company was approved by the General Meeting of Partners on February 24, 2023, and has been officially registered with the General Commercial Register under No. Prot.: 2941206/28.04.2023. As a result, our company has changed its name and added a distinctive title, which is now EPAFOS IT SYSTEMS SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETY ANONYME.
We are excited about this new chapter in our company's history and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional products and services to our valued customers and stakeholders.
