• Analysis, Design, Development, Installation, Sales, Maintenance, and Training of Software Systems
• Sales, Installation, Maintenance, and Support of IT Systems
Based on the above, the Management Team is committed to establishing, maintaining, and revising an anti-bribery policy that:
Prohibits bribery: All forms of bribery are strictly prohibited in all company activities.
Requires compliance with applicable laws: All members of the company must comply with the laws and regulations governing anti-bribery practices relevant to the company’s activities.
Is suitable for the company’s purpose: The policy is designed to serve the needs, objectives, and operational environment of the company.
Provides a framework for objectives: It establishes a clear framework for setting, reviewing, and achieving objectives related to anti-bribery measures.
Includes a commitment to compliance: It commits to fulfilling the requirements of the anti-bribery management system as defined by ISO 37001. Department managers are responsible for implementing the policy.

Commits to continuous improvement: It supports the continuous improvement of the anti-bribery management system to meet evolving needs and requirements.
