The website www.epafos.gr (hereafter referred to as the "Website") has been created by the company EPAFOS Information Systems Limited Liability Company (hereafter referred to as "EPAFOS") for the purpose of providing information, services, and products to visitors / users (hereafter referred to as "Users") of the Website. 

Users of the Website are obliged to carefully read these terms of use before using the Website and, in the event of disagreement, must refrain from using the Website. Otherwise, it is presumed that they accept these terms and conditions unconditionally and consent to comply with them. Users are prohibited from modifying or falsifying these terms of use or any specific terms of use. In the event that the use of any service of the Website is governed by more specific terms of use, the specific ones will apply jointly with the present. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of use of each service shall prevail.

EPAFOS reserves the right, at any time, to temporarily interrupt the operation of the Website as well as modify the terms of use and conditions. Therefore, Users must check for possible changes each time they use the Website, as it is presumed that they accept the modified terms and conditions if they continue to use it. Otherwise, they must refrain from using the Website.

EPAFOS reserves all of its legal and / or contractual rights beyond those expressly mentioned in this paragraph. All other trademarks, insignia, product names, company names, graphics, and logos that are registered trademarks and intellectual property products of third parties and appear on the website pages belong to their rightful owners, fall under their own sphere of responsibility, and their appearance on the website does not constitute and should not be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.

OBLIGATIONS / LIABILITY OF THE USER OF THE WEBSITE

Any failure to exercise a specific right or term by EPAFOS arising from these terms of use shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or term.

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the competent courts shall be the Courts of Athens.

 You have the right to object, at any time and for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (processing for the legitimate interests pursued by the Company), according to the aforementioned provision. In such cases, the Company, as the data controller, shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

9.8. Rights related to automated individual decision-making and profiling

The Company does not engage in automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

9.9   Method of exercising your rights

The exercise of your aforementioned rights requires the submission of a written request to the Company, in accordance with its respective policies and procedures. The Company reserves the right to respond no later than one month from the receipt of the request, in accordance with the terms of the Regulation and its policies and procedures.

 

Retention period of personal data
For each category of personal data, the Company determines the retention period of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law for each category of personal data and its internal policies and procedures.

Protection of minors
Visitors / users of www.epafos.gr who are minors have access to the services of the site only with the consent of their parents or guardians and are not obligated to submit their personal information. In the event that such information is submitted by minors, the site deletes the relevant information.

Payment by Credit Card

EPAFOS accepts all Visa and Mastercard credit cards, offering customers additional protection when making payments online. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode cardholder certification services are provided by the Bank in cooperation with third-party providers. To use this service, customers must have activated web payments with their issuing Bank and obtained a personal code (PIN) for exclusive use with web payments. It may be necessary to transfer card details to a third-party provider cooperating with the Bank in order to implement the cardholder certification service.


Payment by Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the courier partner of our company to deliver your orders to your doorstep. According to the applicable tax regulations, vouchers over €500 (VAT included) for individuals (Retail Receipt) and professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be paid ONLY via the following methods:
