The certification of an organization or business according to ISO 9001 indicates that a Quality Management System has been implemented across all areas of operation. EPAFOS was one of the pioneering IT companies in Greece to adopt this standard, and has been consistently adhering to its requirements since 1999. This demonstrates our commitment to quality, our dedication to meeting the needs of our customers, the dependability of all of our products and services, and, of course, confirms our compliance with legislation.

In 1999, EPAFOS was certified by the renowned German company TÜV NORD CERT GmbH with an ISO 9001 quality assurance certification. This certification covered both software design, development, and support, as well as the installation of integrated IT systems. This certification is a testament to EPAFOS' commitment to providing the highest quality services to its customers.

The Quality Assurance System of EPAFOS ensures that our customers receive the highest quality products, software, and services. This certification is a testament to our commitment to continually upgrade our software production processes and services to meet the needs of our customers and all associated stakeholders. 

EPAFOS Management is dedicated to the succesful implementation and continual improvement of its Quality Management in accordance with:

EPAFOS Management guarantees and is committed to ensuring that the QMS system is based around the following principles:

  • optimal design of the products and services supplied
  • optimal training of customers in order to maximize effective use of the products and services provided
  • optimal after-sales and customer service support
  • effective risk and opportunity management for the purpose of improving the products and services provided.

Guided by the above, EPAFOS Management:

  • Designs, implements & continually improves policies and procedures, as well as the technical and organisational measures it takes.
  • Educates and informs all interested parties.
  • Creates appropriate Indicators to measure the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Conducts regular internal audits and monitors the implementation of any associated corrections or improvements.
  • Ensures the appropriate working environment with the aim of optimising productivity and complying with EU health & safety legislation.

Quality management and assurance necessitates a collaborative effort from all involved. Consequently:
