The book is divided into 5 parts:
- The first part includes legislation relating to the functioning of the school boards, with the greatest possible level of codification. At the same time, each topic refers to the relevant legislation, and the most important legislative provisions are presented in full.
- The second part contains topics related to financial management and how it is performed. School boards are designated Legal Entities under Public Law, and the applicable procedures for carrying out financial accounting for them are highly specific, and differ significantly from the generally applicable practices.
- The third part contains codified actions undertaken by school boards divided into sections (operation of the school board, actions to be taken, organisation of cleaning staff, canteen, etc.).
- The fourth part contains the CODIFICATION OF THE ORGANISATION AND FINANCIAL OPERATION OF SCHOOL BOARDS in a format applicable to primary and secondary education establishments, a unique model format that can be edited and adapted to meet the needs of any School Board that wishes to use it.
